The invention relates to a connection arrangement of laterally grooved floor or wall boards to each other and preferably to the ground, such as a slatted frame, with a rail, starting from a trough-shaped cross-section on the side edges on both sides like an airfoil upwardly angled strips.
Concrete surfaces such as terraces or balcony slabs are either with tiles or plates, e.g. made of ceramic material occupied or obtained a walk-surface in the form of planks or floor boards that are laid at a small distance on a slatted base or the like. In the simplest case, the floor boards are nailed or screwed parallel to each other and while maintaining a constant distance on the slats of the slatted base. There are also hidden attachment methods, e.g. known with Z-shaped metal angles, which are on the one hand with the underside of the planks or boards and on the other hand with the slatted frame in connection. The drainage of terraces or balconies is carried out by a watertight coating of the concrete slab, if the surface is inclined or by a sheet metal tray in which the slatted rests and which is drained due to a slope. For planks that are indirectly or directly bolted to a substructure, especially with connecting spars, DE 199 31810 Al discloses as drainage elements narrow elongated troughs in trough shape with the upper edges to the side angled flange strips. The width of the drainage channels is much larger than the gap between the planks. To make this possible, the planks are milled on the side flanks towards the ground and equipped with a groove for mounting the flange strips of the grooves. The aim is to dissipate as much water as possible below the narrow gap, whereby it is not important here to leak tightness of the gutters to the planks. The gutters are to a certain extent placed in a covered cavity under the gap between the planks. Also from DE 298 14 983 Ul results in such a step floor for Baikon, roof gardens or the like. The aim is again to create an attractive walk-in covering in lightweight construction, which makes a cleaning under the floor by lifting the entire wooden structure from the ground obsolete. There are drainage elements, for example made of metal or plastic in channel shape with outwardly and upwardly projecting side
- 2 - edges that lie in the gap between the distant tread elements (planks, floor boards). In the side of the floorboards upwardly oriented grooves, the cantilevered side edges are received and sealed with a plastic mass. The attachment of the tread elements is carried out by screws or with the aid of mounting plates. The known Ausführungsfor-men are primarily intended for floors, but could - and the subject invention - are used for sealing connection for wall coverings.
The invention aims to provide a connection arrangement of the type described above, which allows a tight and position-fixing connection between rails and the both sides subsequent floor or wall boards.
This is achieved in that the strips are formed resiliently in cross section with a kink and the bent portion of each bar is angled relative to the projecting from the trough portion of the bar to the center line of the total cross-section and that on the laterally projecting strips including the angled portion respectively opposite directed grooves of adjacent floor or wall boards can be pushed and the boards from a V-shaped relative position in a flat position under bias of the rail niederdrückbar and fastened in the plane. In contrast to known embodiments, the cross-sectional shape of the rail when laying the floor or a wall panel against the elastic resistance of the material, in particular steel sheet deformed. Starting from a e.g. screwed edge board and inserted in the side groove profile rail sets after attaching a floor board in an oblique direction to the free end of the upwardly projecting bent bar of the rail of the kink and the edge of the free end of the bar on depression of the floor board in the horizontal mounting plane the flanks of the grooves in the floorboard under prestressing sealing and position fixation on. By tightening the rail on the ground, so for example the slatted frame, this state is permanently recorded. Of course, it would also be possible to screw the floor board, which was last fitted in the first place, directly or concealed to the slatted frame in order to keep this prestressed position of the rail irreversible.
It is expedient if the strips in the cross-section of the profile rail have a projecting length which is approximately equal to the depth of the «« • «* ·» · · ·

Grooves in the floor or wall boards corresponds and when the width of the grooves is approximately equal to the height of the imaginary triangle formed from the bent strips.
The strips and their kinked shape are matched to the grooves in terms of their width and depth. So in order to fix one floorboard (wallboard) after the other by inserting and biasing the rails in the horizontal (vertical) position, the rail has holes for mounting screws in cross-section at the bottom of the trough. An embodiment is characterized in that the bottom on the outside carries a seal, in particular a sealing lining, which when tightening the rail to a substrate, e.g. on a slatted frame, against this is pressed and seals the area around the holes or the screw. The geometry of the arrangement provides that the angle of the strips to the horizontal in the cross section of the rail is greater than the angle of the groove in the flanks of the floorboards to the horizontal.
Embodiments of the subject invention are illustrated in the drawings.
1 shows a profile rail of the connection arrangement according to the invention in an oblique view,
Fig. 2 shows two floorboards in cross section on a rail during assembly and
Fig. 3 shows a cross section through a finished connection arrangement.
A profiled rail 1 for a connection arrangement of floorboards 2 and 3 (FIGS. 2, 3) with lateral grooves 4, 5 is made of an elastic material such as resilient steel. It is in cross-section of a trough in the form of a trough 6, at the side edges 7, 8 wing-like upward rising ledges 9, 10 connect. These strips 9, 10 are bent and the bent, cantilevered part is angled relative to the immediately adjacent to the trough 6 part of the strip 9, 10 to the center line 11 of the total cross section. The outside of the bottom surface of the trough 6 is coated in the embodiment throughout the entire length with an elastic material (plastic), which forms a sealing coating 12. Holes 13 are provided in the bottom of the trough 6 to screw them to a base (e.g., a slat 14 of a slatted frame) after positioning the floorboards 2, 3.
- 4 -
The connection arrangement with the profile rail 1 is shown in Figs. 2 and 3, wherein Fig. 2 reveals the basic principle of clamping. If one on the wing-like upwardly projecting from the trough 6, bent strips 9, 10 each floorboards 2, 3 with their grooves 4, 5 aufsteckt and the floorboards 2, 3 against the elastic deformation resistance of the rail 1 in the direction of the arrows in Fig. 2 presses in the horizontal, then put the strips 9, 10 on the one hand with their kink and on the other hand with the free sharp-edged end of the groove walls and cause both a seal against water and a positional fixation.
The assembly is made such that, for the time being, a floorboard (e.g., floorboard 3 in Fig. 3) as an edge board on a substrate, e.g. the slats 14 of a slatted base, is attached. This can be done by direct screwing or hidden from the side approximately in the slot opening or with the aid of mounting plates or angles. As soon as an edge board (floor board 3 in FIG. 3) is fixed in position, a profile rail 1 with the bent strip 10 is inserted into its groove 5. The strip 10 is initially loose in the groove 5. The bar 9 of the rail 1 projects obliquely upwards into the open. In this, the bottom board 2 is attached to the groove 4. Again, no effort is needed to make this mesh. Only when the bottom board 2 is pressed into the horizontal, ie on the slats 14 of the slatted frame, the two strips 9, 10 against the walls of the grooves 4, 5 span. This Ver-claws can by sharp edges or a toothing on each free End of last 9, 10 will be reinforced. An essential counter bearing for this process is the kink, which is effectively the pivot point of a two-armed lever. It can be bolted to the rails 14 on the slats 14 (screw 13 indicated), wherein the coating 12 causes the seal. As mentioned above, it is also possible to dispense with screwing through at the bottom of the profiled rail 1 if the floorboards 2, 3 are fixed in position against the spring force of the profiled rail 1 by other (for example concealed) fastening means in the use plane.
As a result, a further rail is inserted into the groove, not shown in FIG. 3, on the opposite side of the groove 4, and the process is repeated with the floorboard 2 already fastened for a subsequent floorboard. The Nu- * · Λ 9 • * «•« *
• V 5 th 4, 5 can be milled horizontally or slightly rising in the side walls of the floor or wall boards to form a drip nose. In any case, the angle of a straight line between the attachment point and the free end of the strips 9, 10 to Horizon 5 talen (at a footing) is greater than the angle of the groove 4, 5 to the horizontal, so that when aligning the boards 2, 3 comes to the desired bias of the rail 1 and a fixed claws. The rails 1 can be seen closed at one end in the longitudinal direction and at the other end on the 10 floorboards 2, 3 also projecting and beveled outflow heads for water and equipped with a tongue, the drainage of the rails 1 at this lower end in a continuous gutter (gutter) can take place.
